Ningbo Maye Electric Appliance Technology Co., Ltd. is a Household Steam Cleaner manufacturer and export supplier based in Yuyao, Zhejiang, China. We engineer and produce handheld steam cleaners, instant steam cleaners, garment steamers, steam mops, upholstery steamers and steam-vacuum combinations for importers, distributors, retail programs and OEM/ODM projects in Europe and North America.
Our 23,000 m2 facility includes an independent office building, production and injection workshops and warehouse. In-house R&D and mold engineering let us build products from your drawings or samples and keep most parts under our own control. From first sample to pre-shipment testing, one team manages the project.

Power ratings across the range span roughly 800W to 1500W, with water tank sizes and nozzle kits matched to the model. For example, the 900–1050W TM-377 multi-surface steamer kit is compact for kitchen and bathroom use, while the TM-178 high-pressure handheld is positioned for stronger soil and sanitization work. Most handheld models use one-button operation, detachable water tanks and ergonomic handles.
Application and surface matching
- Kitchen: grease film, stovetops, range hoods, stainless steel panels and backsplash tile.
- Bathroom: soap scum, hard-water marks, tile grout, mirrors, faucets and toilet exteriors.
- Fabric: sofas, curtains, cushion covers, carpets and mattresses where high-temperature steam helps control dust mites and bacteria.
- Floor: sealed hard floors and carpet using floor steam mop models with detachable hand units.
- Vehicle: fabric seats, floor mats, door panels and headliners when a handheld lance and brush kit is specified.
For any surface, we review the material and the soil type before recommending a nozzle. Wide nozzles spread steam for fabric and large areas; narrow jet nozzles concentrate pressure for grout lines and gaps. We do not recommend concentrated steam on unsealed wood, delicate leather or other heat-sensitive materials unless the project documentation specifies a low-temperature setting.
Engineering and operator safety
Steam cleaner performance depends on heating efficiency, pressure stability and consistent delivery. Our engineering approach covers the complete chain: heating element, water path, pressure chamber, steam channel and nozzle geometry. We also pay close attention to pressure control because higher pressure improves stain penetration but must remain safe on sensitive materials.
Handheld steam cleaners in this range are designed with multiple protection mechanisms, including automatic pressure relief, temperature control protection and electronic control locks. These features maintain stable steam output over long cleaning sessions while preventing steam leakage, overpressure or overheating.
Quality and factory assurance
- Quality control follows ISO9001 standards from raw material intake through mass production to finished goods in our warehouse.
- Product certification includes CE, GS, UL, E-Mark, PAHS and RoHS according to the destination market and model.
- We have passed BSCI, LIDL and ALDI factory inspections, and our production is oriented mainly to European and American buyers.
- Every machine is function-tested before delivery. We can provide photos or a video from the production line before the balance payment.
More than 95% of product parts are processed independently with our own injection molding equipment. This gives us tighter control over cost, delivery schedules and product consistency than a pure assembly operation.
Customization, packaging and delivery
We support both ODM development and OEM production. Our engineers can review your product drawing or sample, design the internal layout, build molds and fixtures, and adjust appearance, color, printing and accessory sets. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack goods in your branded boxes after receiving authorization.
Standard packaging is neutral white boxes and brown cartons. For commercial terms, we quote EXW or FOB, apply T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% before delivery, and generally plan 30 to 60 days depending on model and order quantity. What maintenance guidance should be included with the product manual?
We recommend using pure, filtered or soft water to reduce scale, emptying the water tank after each session, cleaning the nozzles regularly and storing the unit in a dry place. Our product manual includes these instructions together with nozzle selection and operating safety information.
